Recently I read that the enamel coating on the white KitchenAid paddle attachment can chip! No one wants enamel coating in their dessert, so immediately after reading this, I ordered my new stainless steel paddle and I LOVE it!
I can buy myself flour –
After A LOT of trial and error – I discovered that Bob’s Red Mill’s Flour worked best for my recipes. The great thing is that it is easy to find at most stores!
